Hey, I’m Lexi, a women's body recomposition coach  that’s passionate about helping women reclaim their power from inside out.

My approach blends mindset work, strength training, and non restrictive nutrition to create real lasting change. We focus on getting stronger, eating balanced meals without feeling deprived, and increasing awareness around the habits and patterns that shape your results.

This work deeper then aesthetics. Together, we build a strong, confident, and empowered version of yourself that feels just as good on the inside as it shows in the outside

Louis Antonelli is a personal trainer and online coach, and the founder of Wholesome Fitness. He specializes in helping busy adults lose fat, build strength, and create sustainable habits without extreme dieting.


His approach focuses on building a strong foundation through proper training, simple nutrition strategies, and consistent accountability. Louis works with clients both in-person and online, providing structured programs, ongoing support, and real-time adjustments based on each individual’s lifestyle and goals.
